Turn Your Name Into Your Brand
High school NIL is here, and it is a real edge for the athletes who handle it right. We make eligible athletes brand-ready and broker deals safely, with families in the loop.
What NIL Means For You
NIL lets an athlete earn money from their own name, image, and likeness through sponsorships, social posts, appearances, and merch, without affecting amateur status.
A Media Kit
We build a one-page brand kit from your profile: reach, engagement, audience, and rates, ready to send to sponsors.
Brand Introductions
Brands find eligible athletes on your profile and partner through us, so a minor's contact is never exposed.
Compliance Built In
Guardian consent, state-rule checks, and FTC disclosure guidance on every deal.
NIL Is A
State-By-State Matter
The large majority of states now allow high school NIL in some form. A few still prohibit it, so we flag each athlete's home state and only enable NIL features where they are allowed.
Currently prohibited:
Alabama, Hawaii, Indiana, Mississippi, and Wyoming, with Montana currently under review. Rules change often, so we recheck a state's status before enabling NIL for any athlete.
- Deals stay independent of the school (no logos or uniforms)
- No vice categories (alcohol, tobacco, gambling)
- No pay-for-play or performance-based deals
- Parent or guardian signs off on every deal
NIL Rules
High school NIL is real, but it comes with guardrails. Here is what every athlete and family needs to know before signing anything.
- Deals stay independent of your school. No school logos, uniforms, mascots, or team references.
- No prohibited categories: alcohol, tobacco, vaping, cannabis, gambling, adult content, or weapons.
- No pay for play and no performance based bonuses. NIL pays for your name, image, and likeness, not for playing.
- A parent or guardian must approve and sign every deal.
- NIL must be allowed in your home state, and you must follow your state association and school policy.
- Sponsored posts must be disclosed under FTC rules.
- Get on the roster and let us build your profile and media kit.
- We package your reach, engagement, rates, and highlight film for brands.
- Brands discover you through Pathway2College and partner through us, so your contact stays private.
- We broker the deal with your family in the loop and handle state rules, disclosures, and consent.
- You deliver the agreed content and we keep everything compliant.
- Living in a state that prohibits high school NIL, until the rules change.
- No parent or guardian consent.
- A deal in a prohibited category, or using school marks without permission.
- Pay for play, recruiting inducements, or performance based pay.
- Breaking your state association or school NIL policy.
- False information or failing to disclose a paid partnership.
