Turn Your Name Into Your Brand

High school NIL is here, and it is a real edge for the athletes who handle it right. We make eligible athletes brand-ready and broker deals safely, with families in the loop.

The Basics

What NIL Means For You

NIL lets an athlete earn money from their own name, image, and likeness through sponsorships, social posts, appearances, and merch, without affecting amateur status.

A Media Kit

We build a one-page brand kit from your profile: reach, engagement, audience, and rates, ready to send to sponsors.

Brand Introductions

Brands find eligible athletes on your profile and partner through us, so a minor's contact is never exposed.

Compliance Built In

Guardian consent, state-rule checks, and FTC disclosure guidance on every deal.

Eligibility

NIL Is A
State-By-State Matter

The large majority of states now allow high school NIL in some form. A few still prohibit it, so we flag each athlete's home state and only enable NIL features where they are allowed.

Currently prohibited:

Alabama, Hawaii, Indiana, Mississippi, and Wyoming, with Montana currently under review. Rules change often, so we recheck a state's status before enabling NIL for any athlete.

  • Deals stay independent of the school (no logos or uniforms)
  • No vice categories (alcohol, tobacco, gambling)
  • No pay-for-play or performance-based deals
  • Parent or guardian signs off on every deal
