These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of pathway2college.org (the “Site”) and the services offered by Pathway2College (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

About the Service

Pathway2College is a recruiting platform that presents a curated roster of high school athletes to college coaches, and offers recruiting workshops and academic preparation resources. Placement on the roster is by invitation only and is not an application.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding agreement to use the Site. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf.

Athlete Profiles and Content

Athletes and their families are responsible for the accuracy of the information and media they provide. By submitting content, you grant Pathway2College permission to display and share that content with college coaches and programs for recruiting purposes.

No Guarantee of Recruitment or Scholarships

Pathway2College provides exposure, evaluation, and education. We do not control college coaches and we do not guarantee recruitment, roster spots, scholarships, or any specific outcome.

Payments

Some services, such as academic preparation or optional athlete profile hosting, may carry a fee that is described at the point of purchase. Recruiting workshops are offered free of charge unless stated otherwise.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, submit false or misleading information, infringe the rights of others, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Site.

Intellectual Property

The Site, its design, and its content are owned by Pathway2College or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

Disclaimers

The Site and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pathway2College is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
